Can anyone tell me how I can get more than one worker at the factory. I sent a ticket to BVG who advised me to remove the game and re-install it but that hasn't helped. I've sent a 2nd ticket and haven't received a reply I am sending requests to my friends but they all say they haven't received it. It's very frustrating trying to work to earn coins when I only have one helper.

Well yesterday someone tried to add my friend and tried to talk her into adding her and her 6 other accounts! Then she told her that everyone in the game does it. She did her best to get her to do it too and to make a fake account. She blocked her and everyone in the room. Now when my friend tells me there is a ghost in the room, I block too. The reason I brought that up is because that person had 1 helper too.
The very best way is to request public to your own friends and family to play. then after they play a week you can send a crew request.
I have room to add more if you need a crew member. PM me.
I play and gift daily and I help others a lot.

I am requesting from my own family and friends but they don't get my request and I've been playing for 3 weeks now. I love this game but no co-workers is really frustrating Anymore suggestions I could try?

do you mean for hot dogs ?
If its for hot dogs you have to tell the person you've invited to look on thier FB Games requests page

..invites for factory crew do not show up in game
but you can have all the slots filled easily enough

sometimes with family its easier to go to them , their actual RL house, look over their shoulder while you direct them ..click that go there seriously it is if you can
Even my hubbie who's been playing Yo as long as me , I have to get up walk the loooong 3 steps to his desk and point "click there" on his screen ... I tried with a long stick but yeah well that don't work so good LoL kept hitting him with it instead
I'm joking of course wouldn't hit him with a sick.. it would break the stick

No neighbors isn't working you can have 500 playing friends on FB and still not be top job at factory , it used to be automatic well after 72 hours it did promote you now it doesn't work , you are stuck with being line manager
BUT the costumes that go with promotion are tradeable

i was told that the only way to add people to your factory workers is if they are new players. or, and this kinda sucks, you can buy workers for yocash.

This has been a prob since BVG took over game, it really sucks too,seeing how this should have been fixed and we were even told at 1 point it was!!!!

Every time I hear this question i get irate as I am tired of repeating redundant information and over and over and over again .
I only said it 25 times in full detail. Made near 6 tutorials on this. oh no what do we have another person saying you cant add them in the factory no more.

BVG changed the way it works. You can only add new players. Sucks to be a new player.

I too have a problem adding crew members to the factory. I have sent a ticket a while back and was told they were aware of the problem but had no plan to fix that issue now as they had more important things to do ( in so many words ) ... This is grossly unfair as that means a lot less coins to be had than others with a full crew.

Tell your friends and family to go to this link . It is the FACEBOOK GAMES ACTIVITY LINK in there you see the 1 by 1 gift holder. You can only collect 1 at a time there. USELESS. The gifts are held in 2 places but the DEFAULT is the game one so collect you gifts in the game.
In there it says Help me in the FACTORY when a person sends out a crew request.
When I search for you I delete all the game request at the top. Ignore all. Refresh and it keeps doing this for 3 weeks. well there is a botton tab that says MORE it only shows about 5 to you so click more. if no factory crew is there then scroll to the top and click Ignore. on all of them.
Repeat.

I'm talking about the Factory Crew, the folks you add that help you get a promotion at the factory. The only additions that count anymore are new members. Unless BVG changed it again.
