As you try and log into the game, click on HELP top of page, no code needed to do this. Find and click on "contact us" then email Yoworld and tell them if it is your Yopass or lock code that you forgot. BVG will help you get logged back in and reset your account securities.. be prepared to prove it is your YW account.
