I have over 30 neighbours, and I m still worker.Why?

You can buy it or add more neighbors! Click the "Get promoted" option in the factory and it will tell you how many more neighbors you need.

Do You have your crew? The crew are the 4 in the factory with you. Does it say "ask for Crew?"
If it does you need a full Crew first.
Does it say "ask for hot dog."
Do you have a full crew? you need a full crew.
write back and tell us if you have a full crew.

YES, I HAVE CREW, 4 OF THEM, AND IT SAYS "ASK FOR HOT DOGS".

QUICK question.
DID the 4 who are your crew leaders give you people to add? they need to be from these Leaders..
the crew leaders in your factory are the ones who give you peeps to add and they are the ones who are suppose to be in charge of that.

I asked one person and she said that not one crew leader never gave her one person to add. Id like to know how the heck a hot dog can show up to others if these crew leaders are not doing their stupid job.
Im so giving up on this game. I cant take the non connections in this game!

Well, my problem is- i have 4 workers in my crew and when i go to add more neighbors i have a bunch of ppl to whom i send request's for my factory promotion.But still im a worker! Why? Ty!

edited for my own pleasure. I think of the best things to say after I click send. Its a cat thing, I think.

Maybe people are afraid to play the game since more blood is in it than in real life. people dont like bloodshed, death and blood all over everyones clothes. maybe share some real yoworld to your fb profile page so all your family and friends see it and then they will play.

another thing you can do is "level up" at certain points of leveling up you get yo cash. wtih the yo cash buy some neighbors.

Well, i keep sending requests but with no progress!Nvm tho, i don't wanna buying neighbors with that little yc i have (i dont spend real money on a game - im not rich and don't have extra $ to blow it in the wind, coz that what it is! Don't wanna offend anyone here or in game, but that is how i look on that...specially coz we all can be hacked -like i was in past, and all our stuff and money can be gone forever)! All yc i have i earn by playing and leveling, so it's not much and i spending it on buying things

Yes. easy peasy. look up in forums in search under Promotion in factory. look for ziplockets answers tutorials. been explained 10 times + many others too. I think there are 20 people in these forums that answer the same questions over and over again.
