where is the cellar in the lake house??????????

The cellar in the lake house was a secret room that used to work with yoville .com. But since yoville .com is gone ,the room is also gone.
So the answer to the question is, Because the room doesn't exist .

Hello People, tried to access the cellar in the Lake House but cannot. Several of my friends have tried also to get to the cellar. It shows on the map of the house and also shows in the drop down screen. I received this house as a special. So if they are still selling this Lake House one should be able to access the cellar. The Boards say you cannot because YoVille changed to YoWorld. So what is the difference they are still a (Yo). World-Ville same to me....Not Happy

I'm sorry about the room.
Zynga used to run yoworld. Now it is owned by Big viking games . When they bought yoville it wasn't just ready to go and back up and running . they didn't receive the whole game . And that is normal for game transfers . so they filled in the holes to make the game work . the cellar was a yoville .Com feature .Bvg didn't receive any of yoworld.com it is deleted off the universe. And so yes there is a link to the lake house . But that link takes you to a place that doesn't exist anymore . So the reason it is gone is simply because it doesn't exist . bvg viking games would fix it if they could . but they unfortunately can't . yoville .Com is off the universe .

I have to admit I don't understand the part about bvg not receiving the whole game and they had to fill in the holes to make it work . I guess that has to do with the code of the game . But that is something Viking Jacob said on the yoworld podcast . And he said that was why they didn't have yoville . com

Updated . They talked about what i was confused about some in the 9th yoworld update . Yoworld is terrabytes and terrabytes of data . and there were many missing parts in the game that are causing bugs . game transfers are not so smooth .

I will not believe this what you all are saying. I wont. WHEN I first started to play yo. A person from YOINSIDER told me about the secret rooms. YoRehab had a lot of writes on these rooms too and lesson tutorials in how to get in them. This is what I remember. If you dont want to beleive me that is fine and dandy too. I am old but I am also smart. Today is a smart day.
1. we did it by coming into the forums.
2. The secret rooms were necessary to have and it was used as a "teaching tool" to teach people how to use the forums and go back and forth with links from the forums to the game.
3. There were secret rooms that they SAID zynga forgot. weill if ZYNGA forgot them how did someone come up with LINKS TO THEM?
This links were NOT all the way broken. The entrance link was broken.
Its like 1 telport door broken or one "arrow"
The same ARROW now in the game is what was supplied from the forums when i first started by use of a telport door but now it can be fixed with an arrow and no one be the wiser.

So I got the link in here and when you got into the top porch by the lake house did not have an entrance but it did have and exit that took you to your homes other room. Inside all of these rooms was an EXIT with no eNTRANCE.. there was a reason for this too. Reason was meetting rooms on line so know one knew.
We did the same thing sending telports to MYSPACEfrom FACEBOOK. we all ran to my space thought a tellport from facebook. It felt secret. Then the owner of the room picked up the telport and put in inventory and pop on over thru 1 of his OWN players he had there. He could not get in unless they were joined at the hip to that other player and the other player had to be HIMSELf/ herself.

As a matter of fact if you did "join at hip" to your own player on another server, you ended up at one anothers places. It was so confusing I almost lost my mind trying to figure that out.
Ill say i had to unjoin at the hip because it confused me so much.
If I came on line In fb my other charater came on instead of me from fb. I had a spcific name and look there. It drove me nuts. The same thing happened to the ms character. the charaters swapped to each others side and sometimes I could not find myself! lol its sounds too funny to explain that.

So.. back to the subject. Yes all the rooms that were secret did not have an entrance but ALL of them had an exit into one of the rooms inside the house.
That is a stupid easy fix with the arrows for BVG. jsut mae a room and connect it there and put another arrow to go into a room in the house.
ZYNGA had this feature already.
they know that. didyou all ever notice that "TOP arrow over the little arrow" in the apartment when you go to the deck? go look at that. You will see.
I REMEMBER the day when a ZYNGA employeee came to my apart ment and placed that arrow on top of the arrow that was already there on the back deck!
I remember it.
He came in . I never saw him. I followed but he disappeared. then i went back in the living room and he came out of the bedroom and said. No problem. I only had to leave a present in here.
SO i looked all over for the present. The only and only difference was that SUPER arrow on top of the little arrow in the apartment DECK!
There are 2 entrances and one is only accessable by admins or the team.

YES they do too have this link.. I remember smokey took me in it and she also shared the link with me to get in there. I went there with her. At the time I did not know how to use this link but a few times. Gaming was so confusing to me then and putting a link in the url. that simple task confused me even though I had an associate degree. oh well that is all I know and not a one of you is going to tell me other wise.
