yesterday it appears in the top right birthday cake but not the money bag. why? It is not my birthday!

Hi! Welcome to the forum!

Are you talking about getting your birthday coins? It is a gift from BVG. Everyone who signs up receives it. You can check if the correct birthday is listed in your SETTINGS tab above the game screen. Look under ACCOUNT SETTINGS and then scroll to see what birthday you have listed.

If it is the incorrect day, you can send the team a ticket and I am sure they will adjust it for you. :bye:

Ive a problem too... im playing on my mobile but cannot Edit/decorate & move furnishings? Is there any ways to edit/decorate.

Unfortunately, no. YO isnt designed as a mobile game. If you upload Puffin as your browser, you can collect coins and move around a bit..but heavy decorating is still very difficult.

If you go in settings there is theater mode . And that helps but it still isn't as good as desktop. You can drag now with a recent update. And you could drag before you just had to double click but hold on the last click .

On the top right corner there are three icrcles . And that is settings tab . If you dont see that make sure you have most updated version of puffin .

does anyone know how i recover my gift for my bday i opened yo the gift show n got frozen i ref n it didnt show i got the money or the bday gift sign :wailing:

If you go to the transaction log at the top of the game screen, you can find What you have received on your account . If you didn't see the money in game . You should be able to see it in transaction log .
