Hi, I have just completed a house. :thumbsup:

10 or 100% complete for all rooms & yard.

I thought that entitled me to a discount of 10% on New House/Avenue purchases

If that is correct, how exactly do I claim the discount?

Once you've completed all the required rooms to get your discount, it should pop up when you click on the house info. If I remember correctly, there should be a little button to click to activate your discount. I believe it's a limited time thing, so once you activate it, you have a short amount of time to claim it before it goes away.
