I get the coin chests, but have no idea how to open them. I click on "accept and send" and that's it. It disappears and I can't find it or open it. What do I do?

I am having the same issue. I keep receiving Amber coin chests and can not find them in my inventory.

Hi girls.
Click on the brown box at the bottom of your game screen. It says "Inventory".........the first tab is the chests that you have gotten.
