Hi! I bought YoVille Downs on March 23, 2018 and promptly completed the only 3 rooms but did NOT get a Real Estate Discount. :eh:

I needed to buy a house to try to get a Real Estate Discount again, so I bought a Gothic House and completed 3 rooms today, March 29, 2018. Again, I did NOT get a Real Estate Discount! :sad:

This is how I save money when buying houses. I've been playing this way for years. I don't understand how I did Not get a Real Estate Discount twice within 1 week! I bought items from the latest theme, Quaint Countryside, today! Please send me advice, solutions and suggestions. Thank you so much!

Your best course of action is to send the support staff a ticket using the HELP tab above your game screen. They can look into your game account and advise you. Unfortunately, nothing can be done from here.

Some rooms require different amounts of the room to get the discount!

I completed 4 rooms in a property today (only 3 are required) and still didn't get the discount. I went ahead and filed a report but maybe it is a glitch? I know the rooms must be completed in the same property and you can't collect two discounts one after another but not sure how long you must wait between discounts. Other than that though, seems the discount should've been applied. I decided to go ahead and buy the new property for the bonus but am hoping the ticket will get me a refund of my over-payment on the new property. Best of luck to you!
