I accidently bought a stupid blue water gun/squirt gun...and I'd like to either refund it or exchange it for pink...does anyone know what I do? Thanks so much.

Unfortunately, I don't think they'll help with this. You can make an event asking to trade yours fro the color you want, but that's the best help I can offer. To contact BVG you click the help button at the top of the game screen & follow their directions to submit a ticket
