Hi Jaybee,
You go to a public place and next to your chat box are smiley faces and stickers. click on the smiley faces and they all show up for you.. pick one of them and click it as you are in the public place. that is how you do it.

Thank you. I have another question....where do I now find my coin chests that have been gifted to me? I've looked everywhere.

Go on top of your game and click on "free'gifts" .. there will be another tab in there called 'open'
