I received gifts after I had to stop playing a few years ago, due to 2 rare conditions with unrelenting pain on a scale of 15. Now that my pain has subsided a bit, I am back, but I cannot open the gifts. Please help.

welcome back and glad you are doing better. Stay well. Do not let this game stress you out as stress adds to pain..

Go to your gifts tab. there is a "send and an Open" go to Open, to open your gifts.

It opens the new gifts but not the ones I didn't get opened when I got the rare conditions and had to leave the game for a length of time. Can you also tell me where the edit button is? Thanks

I have already done that, it opens every gift until I reach those gifts

ziplocket, it won't open the older gifts. Ot stops opening at that point. Help
