I completely do not understand this event. Can somebody tell me how do i earn the silver plates. And what is the point of the whole event. And I used to win some prizes, and now i don't?
And can someone tell me, I see a lot of spring ducky rainboots in ah, are they from this event. because i bought a lot of them thinking someone was just selling those lil cute boots. but now i am afraid they will lose their worth
