I know how to post pictures in forums thanks to the sticky thread but how do I send photos in pms using imgur? When I try to it says I can't

Good question, the other day I tried to quote someone's post in a pm here on the forums and received that same message, it wasn't going to send the message through with the code used for quoting someone.
