Hi, every time I try to furnish my rooms when I select an item it asks if I want to sell the item and there are no other choices

Hi, it sounds like you may be clicking on the crate. To decorate a room, click the Chair icon. There you can click My Stuff to decorate with items from your inventory, or you can click the various stores.
