I have been in the middle of decorating. Just spent a lot of real money and cannot get in the game. Keeps saying
ERROR...and gives this reference number. Reference #30.250c1160.1407701213.384e8cb

What does it mean? I need help please!!

First, welcome to the forums.

I am sorry this happened. I would suggest try using a different internet browser - maybe Firefox or Safari or Chrome. If you can see the Help tab, click on it and file a ticket by typing in what has been goin on.

Thank you. I got back in..but it takes a long time to load, and I cannot change wallpapers or floors now. :( I will file a ticket.
