A fellow forumer (Bliss) cannot get back into YoWorld as she accidentally deleted the YoPass app! She emailed BVG but it takes them a week+ to reply! What should she do?

There's not really anything she can do except for wait until BVG reply. Recently the yopass tickets have taken 1 or 2 days from what I've seen on the forums so hopefully she'll have a quick response too.

sorry if i will bother anyone but can i know what are these yoworld ticket ??
and when i enter yoworld something goes wrong and cant open or play the game and i refreshed like 100 times and there is no different result so can u tell me what is the problem or how to fix it
that didnt happened when i played yoville before at all

A YoWorld ticket is like an email which sends to BVG. Click on YoWorld and at the top of the game there are 4 boxes which are Add YoCash, Community, Account and Help. Click on the help one and then click on "Email the YoWorld team" and it will come up with a bunch of boxes you will need to fill in depending on your problem!

As you level up in yoville you should start getting pieces of a bookshelf, once you get the complete bookshelf you click on it and it opens. Then you click on it again and enter.

Could someone PLEASE help me? I haven't played the game for a while and would like to play but I cannot get into the game! The loading bar runs to one hundred percent, but then I just get a white screen where the game should be - under the Add YoCash/Community/Account/Help tabs. I am desperate! I would appreciate any advice that would help me to play, please.

Have you tried all the troubleshooting fixes?

Clearing your internet browser cache.
Maybe even trying a few different browsers.
Making sure your flash player is up to date.

Tried logging in from a different computer?

I've tried that as well. I found out that my YoWorld neighbours also get a white screen when they try to visit me. I don't know what else to do. Thank you for your help.
