Open your homes and click 'option' on the home/room you want the link for:



Then put your cursor at the beginning of the link, and hold your shift button and then the right arrow on your keyboard to highlight the link.

Once it's highlighted, let go of those buttons and press 'ctrl' and x at the same time to cut it.



Then you can use 'ctrl' and v at the same time to paste it where you want it.

Apt key:
yoworld.com/index.php?d=APLiving-183325466
(swap out my player ID with your own player ID)

Any room:
yoworld.com/index.php?d=h100406084
(swap out the code after = for your own. Please refer to pic below on where to retrieve the code)

When you click the drop down menu, you can see that each room in every house will have its own unique code. Since I'm using an avenue as an example there is only one room to choose from.
