Can anyone help me with how I can submit a design challenge?

I have to complete the story lines and I don't now how to do this.

Here is what i wrote over there. I would just update my original post to say that the gem event has now started. I believe to do a design challenge, you will wait til challenge 2 to decorate a room. It'll be in 2 days 4 hours.

AND just in case the outfit challenge 1 is considered a "Design Challenge", you should probably enter this one as well if you can. I wish the terms were not so vague.

right now the August event is almost over, we've completed all the challenges, so you'll need to wait a couple days for the September event to start, and a few more days for the first room challenge to begin.

decorate the room, add the needed items, submit it, and that part of the storyline should be fulfilled.

i believe that is what is needed for a "design challenge" though it's probably a good idea to enter the outfit challenge too just in case it fulfills the quest, just in case i'm wrong about which one is referred to. you earn a free outfit slot by entering anyway, so they are good to do.
