I need help with that as well. Also, I goofed and bought a landscape picture frame, and don't understand how to change the picture in that as well. Thanks if anyone can help.

First you need to resize your image to 163h x 100w (for a portrait frame). Then upload the image to your Facebook photos, now go back into the game and double click the frame and find the image you uploaded. Should work.
