If the computer is on your pc and not on the internet, use PhotoBucket or TinyPic to put the image on the internet then you use the URL from there.

You can upload the image via tinypic or photobucket but in my opinion tinypic is easier to use, when uploaded to tinypic you can get the URL for forums and then copy and paste it.

Mine doesn't seem to work when i use tinypic or photobucket. I'm wondering what editor people use to make their so i can put it on tinypic or photobucket to then make my signature.

When you use tinypic you need to make sure you get the right URL and it should work with any editor programmes you use.
