I have kept getting asked if I'd join to be a crew member. However, email, timelines, in world... nothing is coming to me to accept his request. What are we missing on how to do this?

one my friends keeps asking how to get friends visits,she has friends but only 1 is in the red to get the coins and visits. How many do we need?I think she has 20 friends
