So before anyone calls me stupid or something i know that you have to click to Account to change name but my Account and Help bottom is not clickable and idk why :/ please help

Helo Kimmie yes I tryed with all my browsers opera firefox chrome and even internet explorer but its the same thing :/

hmm, that is a difficult situation

please try to clear cache and cookies, and log in FB again and see if it helps any.

is there another computer you can use in your household? if so, try logging in using another computer (just dont forget to log off and clear cache, cookies afterwards). i cant think of any reason why the Account and Help tabs are not clickable.

If this doesnt work, you need to send in an email to BVG so they could look into your account and fix it. I will try to find the email address, hang on

This happens because of something in your browser preventing the code for the account tab from loading. If you have any adblocker addons, or very strict security settings, try turning them down/off for a minute and see if that helps.
