I need my game reset. Can someone help please

Its been forever since I played and im wanting to start fresh.

wow if its been that long your account probley gone u can send in a ticket and ask them , but u might have to start over , sorry

That's what I want is to start over. But even after that long not playing it stays right where it was

If you want to start fresh, and it sounds like this is what you want to do to me you have to uninstall the game or delete the game.
You go to the app center to the game and delete it from there. Or on fb click the x box on any feed and delete the game from there. Once you delete the game you will lose all your points, and levels, which you might need at this point since no way to make any coins.
you will also not have one friend on there or neighbor and that will be extremely hard since it is difficult to add any neighbors for maanypeople.
Some are not able to add neighbors at all so this means No coins.

The game seems to allow you to add "Old neighbors" Its a charm adding old neighbors. They hook right in.

Is there a reason you want to delete the game? Its a drastic move at this point since no way to get coins. If you had neighbors at all, the coins are doubled by bvg. the points is a real advantage too since many older players are totally avoiding any noobs.
