I have been trying to send out stuff to my neighbors but it wont let me and im starting to get frustrated with it. PLEASE HELP :heartbroken:

Send what kind of stuff? Certain items can't be gifted anymore. and you may only send each person 4 gifts in a 24 hour period.

...there's no more a gifting limit in game...
...you can send endless gifts know...

...but yes to some items are not able to be gifted...
...look in your inventory for them...and if they have written *free gift* under them...
...well...not possible to be traded or gifted...

...also you are able to trade now with the same IP adress...
