So on Halloween, I tried to buy the Halloween day only items but the thing froze, I saw others were having te same issue and I assumed it would be worked out. However, it's been a week now and I haven't found anything out and I haven't been able to get the stuff. I was in yoworld at about 7PM on Halloween and after, so I was there when the things should have been available. How can I get my stuff?!

Did it take your money? If so you need to submit a ticket about the issue.

If it didn't take your money, unfortunately..there is nothing to be done, it isn't your stuff if you didn't purchase it, lol.

Agreed...and if you truly think this was an issue on their part I would suggest sending in a feedback ticket to let them know.
