I'm in the process of adding new neighbours because most of my old ones do not play anymore so getting coins and starting jobs is the biggest task for me. Anything else I should know since this has changed so much? I have been reading up on a few things but I am still lost a little. Any help would be appreciated!

PS: I have to run out and feed my birds, but I'll be back in about 1/2 hour or so. Maybe we can get together in game then if you have time.

In game go to the help and fill out an order ticket. it is faster than Z by 100-1. Be sure to give all the details possible. You will get an auto message. Go to your spam folder to find and ADD BVG to you inbox. Sometimes they answer in hours, sometimes in a few days, depends on the work load of messages.When I returned to th game I got most of my houses and content and very few clothes
BUT I need to get help to get these back from this week when ui was moving them around

...if you collect hot dogs (by FB feed)...you can feed your crew (if you have them)...and get more coins...
...there you can also post FB feed for hot dogs...
...on the right game screen the first of the blue buttons from top is the Auction House button...
...if you click it...two additional buttons coming up...the first is for the AH (AuctionHouse) directly...
...the second is the instruction for how to use AH...
...the second blue button is the events...there you'll find all the listed events and its categories...
...the third button is your buddy-list...if you put it on...you can see whom of your buddies/neighbours is on...
...by clicking the blue button you can jump to them...
...you can also jump to your neighbour/buddies homes, if your buddy list is turned off...
...the fourth blue button is the chat bar...there you find the camera...which by shooting pics you can gain additional coins...
...there you can also choose one player/ two player actions...two player actions you have to click on an active player to make them going...
...there you find smilies to throw into your chat...
...from left to right side...top of the neighbours ladder you'll find your own homes (the one looking like a house)...
...the one looking like a briefcase is for jobs...
...the one looking like a globe is for the Yoworld map...(there ya can go to the stores, factory, Altons...)...
...the one looking like a smith tool is where you can build items...
...the one on the right side of this button line is where you can edit your room...
...check if your add blocker /pop-up blocker is turned off...them causing problems with Yoworld...
...also clear as often as you can / want your browser cache...(browser settings)...
...and check your local storage space of your flash player...
...when you are in game...right mouse button click...choose settings...choose tab looking like a folder...
...hit the lil grey button to the most right side...-> unlimited...
...hit close...get out of game...clear browser cache...and get back into game...
...pls use also the *search* function of this forums...most problems/question already had been answered...

Are any inventory items removed, if we don't play for awhile?
Also, my daughter, who also hasn't played for a couple years, tried to go on her account, to send me some inventory items, and her entire account has been deleted, along with her inventory.
Can that be reversed?
