You have 1 private message currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available

I recieved this message I have since put setting to where old mail gets trashed to make way for new messages, but before I did that my box was full, and theres a constant "1new message" after deleting several messages to make way for this new message.

I have the same thing... I think it is others mail boxes where you have sent out an e-mail and their boxes are full.. I have cleaned mine out... refreshed and the statement is still there... It drives me nutsy too...
