If picking the time doesn't let you start, it may be because you're asking or ending price is considered too low. For instance, you can't price an item to start at 0c and buy now at 100c. Your start must always be at least 1c. If you were to put an item up with a starting price of 1c, you can't make the buy out less than 101c. 100c + the starting price is the minimum. So if your starting price is 1c your ending price should be at least 101c. The exception to this is no buy it now price. Without a buy it now price, you can have the start at whatever value you want, except 0, and you can start your auction. For example, you can type in start price 50c, buy now 0, pick your time and start your auction. This is an open ended buy it now, if you're not picky on closing your auction with a certain value. If you can't start your auction, after entering a start price AND a buy it now price, hover over the ? next to 'Buy Now' Price. It will tell you an acceptable 'buy now' value to put. I hope this helped you, hun
