I enabled yopass on the account tab, downloaded the app to my Iphone, but I don't want it. Now what do I do to get it disabled? When I go to the account tab there is no option to disable all it says is verify code. I have not logged into Yoworld from any device but my laptop, and I don't ever log in on anything but my laptop. Can someone please help me to get this disabled without locking myself out of my account. I DO still have the app on my phone.

No that doesn't help because when I go back to the account tab there is no option to "disable yopass"!

Thank you very much. I appreciate you at least trying to give the information that you had. I sent in a ticket as soon as it happened, but wanted to try the forums too. BVG was very quick to get back to me(less than 12 hours) and they have fixed the issue. Thanks again for your help, and thanks BVG for a quick response!!!

I NEED HELP PLEASE HELP ) I dropped my phone in the water and it had my yopass app on my iphone but now that i re-downloaded it , it ask for a link code but unfortunually i cant get it . I had millions on that account please help me i beg is there anyone i could contact i called BVG but they dont awnser is there anyone i could contact or any support i could use or anything i could do to get my account back
