I'm new to this forums and i do not know how to delete topics or know if they are even deletable??

You can't as of right now

However....
You can delete a post though so let's say you create a thread, and nobody has posted or you posted in the wrong section you can delete that post/thread as long as nobody has posted after you

At one time I could delete and I had a blast. lol Man I am stupid. (blagh) The only way to do it now is edit and post in a pretty picture and request delete.
