...hey fellows...

...for all of you who actually don't know how to submit a ticket...

...first step...after you hit the help-button...
...a pop-up appears which wants you to verfiy your email adress...type your email in there...
...log into your email adress...
...there will an email appear in which you have to click a link to get your email verified...

...after your email had been verified...
...this screen above will appear, when you hit the help-button...
...click on *report bugs and exploits*...

...then this appears...fill all info in and hit *submit*...

I have banana breath now. Im a cute little bear, with a little black kitty with blind fold and banana breath and cupid stuff. What can I say? I love YoWorld.

Thanks for your help although I still am not quite getting it. I sold a Beholder hat for coins, although the hat got sold I did not get the coins. I wrote to them and they told me to do what you said and send my email and now they are saying I am now able to send tickets but I dont know what to do now. I have given email but not seeing any tickets or have any idea as to what to do now, please help me, thanks in advance,

Did you get to this picture? Did you fill out the white boxes? Did you click the green "submit" button?
If you've done all these your ticket was sent in, and you just have to wait for them to view it to see if they can help.
Check your Email though, even your spam box. They may have already responded.
