Hi, I am not the most techy person out there and I am in need of someone who can create my signature (one that links to my house) and a wish list piece with the photos. I am willing to pay depending on how much you would like out of it. Thanks very kindly

In the Wishlists, Contests, Giveaways section there are many people who create signatures for free, they have a few questions for you to answer about how it should look. Then they create it.

As for the wishlist, all you need is a list of the item names.
