I would imagine they've done all they're going to do with the cleanup. You're probably better off to email BVG through the 'help' tab at the top of the game screen. It may take a few days to get an answer but honestly, it's probably the best way to get in touch with them.

Okey but ,, when gary said in his thread that who ever had these items be4 what happened , bvg will buy the effected items back from players who owned them within thier prices in the last two weeks ,, can we get something from this ? i mean people who owned these items will get thier coins back if they will sent the ticket but what will happen for the items that got purchased by other players ?

If you had them before the glitch, BVG will purchase from you for the average successful trade price over the last 2 weeks. I dont know what the beard was going for but lets say it was 6M on average. If you send in a ticket, they will purchase your beard. You would receive 6 million coins and they will remove the beard from your inventory.

I'm not sure what will happen to the items that got purchased by other players. I assume that they'll be left in game. I think what may be the goal is if people get refunded, that will make for less beards being in game/harder to find and it may drive the price back up on the ones that were purchased through the glitch.

thats the point ,, iam concerned of what will happen to the items that got purchased by players , are these items will be removed or not ,, but the eqaulity forces bvg to not remove these items cuz people spent an amount of yo cash on them ,, so in the same way these players will hv to send a tickect with the items they hv purchased so that bvg will remove them from thier invontery and retain that amount of cash to them and i think that this is so hard just to imagine that all of them will send tickets also the same for the old owner be4 the glitch ,, so i may think that the old ownesr is the ones who should send tickets askin for thier items worth be4 the glitch and the new purchased items will stay in the game ..

If players purchased those items and they're honest and email BVG, those players will have their YoCash reimbursed. As for the ones who aren't honest and don't send tickets asking for their yocash back, I'm not sure what will be done in that case. I imagine most won't since they were able to get millions from items valued low in yocash.

Maybe this is why they reach out to people who owned them previously. They probably figured it would be easier to reverse what happened by offering coins to those whose items were devalued. I think I see what you're saying though. If people who previously owned them and people who exploited the glitch get refunds as well, there's going to be less in the game.

I am still confused over this! I thought they were deleting them all! But what happened to the original thread?

Here's the original thread. To my knowledge, there was never a plan to remove them all.
