I've noticed my neighbors that have always been on the 200th level now it says that they are on the 100th level...

Is it a glitch, because thats what im assuming..

I have noticed this for a long long time. It jumps them back and forth different levels.

Logically they were at 100 right? then they jump to 200 right? Well when i look at that logically and since the buddy list kind of loops and the lists are getting "clean" Updated where many are poofed for non active players, quit or banned, I think the "older memory of the Loop at 100 level is still in there or has room to show since the once that did not play were stuck in perm positions.
I know it is a lengthy logical but it is the way I think the reason is. Oh yes. Only 200 neighbors are held in this at one time.
As I see it logically the ones that did not play held room for later peeps to play. This is why you see some at 100 and some at 200 level the same peeps .. the updating and the level number are back lagged in it.
I hope this made sense. its only my weird logic.
