Hi there! I do not like to harass companies in general, so I am posting here first. I wrote BVG about an issue around 12 days ago. I have not heard anything back, and I have been waiting with much anticipation. I do not know if I should write the person and remind them, or just let things be. Can anyone help me out with suggestions or usual time frames? Thanks so much !!!!

It took them a few weeks to respond to my tickets just be patient, they never ignore anyone and good luck with your ticket

Go to spam folder. you always get a canned response. Once you see that add to contact list. I do not like my email. So I have hard time to get in and see my messages. i hate my email with a passion.
