I got scammed but I screenshotted the person before hand (I always do that). How do I report this person now?

In game above the screen you will see "Account" you have to click that and scroll down a bit. The follow the instructions.

SEND THE AVATAR OF IT TO BVG SOMEONE TRIED TO SCAM ME A WHILE AGO AND I DIDNT SCREEN SHOT IT

IM SELLING PIXIE MOUTH MALE FOR 1.6 AND SOME COMED AND HE SAID HE WILL BUY IT HIS NAME IS RichTeam
THEN HE TRADED ME AND I PUTTED THE MOUTH AND HE PUTTED HIS 1.6M AND 100C AND THEN HE CLICKED READY BUTTON SO I CHECKED CLEARY IF ITS 1.6 THEN HE CANCELED AGAIN AND TRADED AND CANCELED HE SAY THAT HE DIDNT SEE THE MOUTH THEN I TRADED HIM AND HE PUT 160K AND 100C SO I DECLINED AND SAID REALLY 160K? AND HE POOFED IM SO LUCKY THAT I DONT GET SCAMMED
