I like to go to the website photobucket.com . You may set up an account. There's a button on the site that says upload, so you pick whichever picture you want. And then you visit your recent uploads on the site & click on the picture you want to upload. On the right side you will see a "Links to share this photo" There will be an IMG link, so click on the link and it automatically copies. Then wherever you want to add a photo on the forums, just copy & paste the link it gave you. Kinda of complicated, but it's easy for me.
