You can't sell them.

People have thought up a fun little event, where they "rent" out there house for some coins..and generally that comes..with those houses decorated like clubs, or weddings...etc. they don't give up their house, or ownership...just allow the people to hang out in it a while.

You can contact support and they might delete some of them for you.

I want to sell some of my houses, I have too many. When we could sell our houses?

You cant. But that's a great idea which i thought about too, because some.people need houses and can't buy, so yoplayers can gift/ sell houses to each other, could be cool.

Actually, deleting is one of the options, and BVG dosen't have to delete it for you!
Here is how!
1. Click on your house, when u are in one of your houses.

2. See options, when you go over your house? Click that

3. Then click remove or whatever it says there. (sorry not actually on Yoworld right now, so not so sure, will come back ad fix if it doesn't work!)

I try to delete. Does n t work. But , I really want to have that option- to sell, or even gift the houses.

To delete a house the first step is this.
When you are at one of your houses, click the houses tab above the map at the bottom left corner of the game screen .
Then It will show all of your houses in boxes.
Then go to the bottom of one of those boxes with a house in it . And options will come up .And then click options .
One of the options in the options menu is delete . When you click that you will have to check a box that you want to delete a house .
And you will need to Type , DELETE in the other box . It has to be all capitol letters . , DELETE .
If you have any more questions then come back here and ask them
There is no way to sell a house to another player you can only remove them from your house list .

Can we have both an apartment and a house? I have been considering buying a house in YoWorld (because I can't afford it in real life lol) but I also don't want to give up my apartment..

Oh yes!! Even if you buy a house..or LOTS of houses..you will always have your apartment. That is permanent.
