The best way to delete them is to minus them but if you want to delete and they never come back as an Alt to you there is a bigger way...

How do you completely delete them from the pictured scroll list. I have deleted many friends from FB clicked minus on the buddies lists that I had added long time ago just for the game but I can not get rid of neighbors that are on the bottom scroll neighbor list. I have many that do not play and have not played for like 2 years or so. Is there some hush hush secret to this?
