This is WHAT I know. There was a time in this game many in the game said this to me and scam players by saying what you are saying right now. They said they are not able to purchase yo cash in their country yet they have major credit cards and shop at major stores where fb card can be purchased.
They come in the game to Pretend they cannot buy and find sad and lonely players who are loving hearted people to use to get their yo cash. I think it is time for some restrictions in how players in this game purchase their yo cash other than through a player. I think it should be a designated BVG dealer to do these transactions to keep our players safe.

It is so wrong to allow this GAP in privacy as this big loop hole for Cheaters and Scammers which in turn causes a real good player who loves the game be used as a pawn in a game and "country restrictions" is used as the excuse. They have events for people to buy them YoCash and use this as an excuse if they cant buy it in their country. that is my opinion.

All facebook cards are purchasable by any country except where the restriction of the country does not allow internet or places of your choice.
You can purchase Yo Cash through Facebook that will allow you to play YoWorld. You can also buy fb cards at major stores all over the world of which you may redeem this for Yocash in the YoWorld game.

Which takes the story to an Italian I met telling me this exact thing you are. We ended up on a date. It was the shortest date in all of YO history, a 30 second fb date. He is now blocked in the depths of the sea somewhere. That was one of the best 30 second date in my life.

I don't think he's asking about Facebook cards or buying from players in game. From what I understand he is wanting to buy from his phone but there is only a US option, and he's asking if there is a way to adjust that setting so he can buy the way he wants to.

OH. I dont live in another country nor do I have a phone to buy with. I have a very special 8 year old phone. It is is flip top and i have to flip my top slap the bagibbies out of it to keep the light on long enough for me to see the numbers to dial it. ooops.

...you should be able to change this country setting...
...either by clicking the little arrow (should be somewhere besides the box of the named country)...
...or...other way...you got to your FB Settings...payment...and add there a payment methode before buying...
...after setting this up...you should be able to purchase currencies etc...for an app...
