Hey guys hopefully lots of you reply cause I really need your help.So lots of you people say theres a help button tab above the game but It doesnt show up in front of the Yopass page,I'm trying to send a photo/proof to them but when I submitted the photo in doesn't show up any messages that it was sent already.So I kinda lost my yopass, i actually installed because I lost connected.Turns out to be a bad situation.

Hello and welcome to the forums :thumbsup:

At the top of your game screen on facebook, you will find the tab 'Help' along with 'Add Yocash', etc. Click the Help tab and a window will open which will allow you to file a ticket. Don't forget to check your Spam folder in your email as well as your Inbox since emails from BVG sometimes end up there.

Good luck and hopefully this gets sorted out soon.

Thanks but , It only shows up the Yopass thingy. I need to put my code but I have troubles getting in.I reinstalled the app but now is telling me whats my link code, Now I cant remove the Yopass,Plus I dont see any Help Tab below seens I cant get in my acc.I did send them a photo but I dont know if it was sent , Theres should be a message that "The thing is sent and wait for their reply"?

In this case, send an e-mail to [email protected]. Don't forget to mention your player ID in describing the problem.

Thanks for the big help!I'll try to message them as soon as possible. The word .com in (yoworld@bigvikinggames) does it come with it when I'm trying to msg them? By the way, I'm gonna use Yahoo to msg them.

If so, click where it says "Lost access to your device? Click Here". That should bring you to a form which will ask you for all of the information we need in order to help you out. Otherwise, what Captain YoHero suggested is exactly right :)
