I've been playing for years now with no issue but now when I try to play the screen is giant and I can only see a small part of my house. I thought it was a glitch so left it for a while but nothing has changed. I also can't get rid of the hallopween pop up by clicking on the red X. I'm using Firefox and don't want to switch to something else. Does anyone know what the problem is?

It sounds like you have maximized your screen accidentally..have you tried looking at your tool bar to see if you can minimize it back again?

I can't minimize it as far as I know. I've tried doing a few different things and nothing. I did manage to get rid of the halloween pop up after clicking randomly like crazy all over the place though so that's 1 issue solved.

Did you try pressing CNTL and the minus sign together?

Just tried that and it stayed the same. Logged out and then back in to see if that would help and it's still the same.

Fixed it! Your control and - suggestion worked after I fixed my ad blocker. Thank you

My computer did updates the other day and ad blocker got turned on which messed things up. I turned it off, logged off then on again, did what you said and voila!
