I never was able to do the Black areas constantly on my MAC. Some homes allowed it only. I understand some used Firefox as a Browser that allowed that. It didn't work for me. I'm pretty challenged when it comes to fancy. I now use Chrome as a Browser much more Game friendly. Try searching for how to edit the black area of Yoville those links are still on the internet. Have fun
Old directions are:
1. On edit, left click the item you want to move, the item will appear transparent and “lifted” from the box. Right click while holding the left then release.

2. Left click on the spot where you want to move the item, right click and the item is moved. Hold your mouse for a second to make sure the item stays. If the item moves back to your inventory, just repeat the process.

the other browser do not work for the black areas with a MAC, wish they did and i've tried doing that but i had no luck..i'll keep on looking but perhaps we won't have to worry with BVG..their new avenues allow for things to be put on edge and beyond.

When I edit black areas it just involves quickly moving the item from the inventory to the black area repeatedly. 75% of the time it won't stick. But the other 25% it does. It's a very hit or miss process. And yes I am on a Mac.

I use the touch pad and a mouse. I left click on the pad and right click on the mouse. This works for the method shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rW0uQp9KUd0
