When visiting I have received numerous white gifts with gold ribbon entitled "collection mystery item". They don't open. They don't appear to take a key, and there is no lock. They're just plain gift boxes. I have no clue how to get in them. Another item is one I received for leveling up which is a "gold box item" which does not have a key, nor opens. Does anyone know anything about either of these items?

Collection boxes - should give puzzle pieces, to finish multiple 5 piece puzzles to get an item. Disabled.
...sometimes you can still get some coins, or place them by your christmas tree. :thumbsup:

Gold box? - this one?

leave in inventory...
click on the yellow crate at bottom-right of game screen.
click on "special"
find the box and click on it.
click open.

I actually got a couple open and found some puzzle pieces, but wasn't sure what to do with them... I don't have a collections tab. It's a shame they leave these items in the game, unless maybe they are bringing the puzzles back?
