really appreciate your feedback and the Movie's recommendation <3, Gary Oldman is one my fav Actors all time and yea Bram Stoker's Dracula is one of the greatest movies made about Dracula, I was so compassionate with the Evil side in that movie for real, sure thing I would give it a try

About the Barnabas Collins, There was a new "Dark Shadows" movie that got released on 2012 starred by Johnny Depp and Eva Greens :P. So nah, it doesnt show no age eventhough I wish I was a part of such a wonderful era when the Dark Shadows TV series was actually there.
