Today's Tip of the day:
Do you have Homes or Avenues that you are considering deleting? Don't delete them; give them a makeover instead.
Use them for a canvas to create your Yo Art Masterpieces on. It matter not what the background is. You can do anything you can imagine over the top of it.
I took three Avenues and built a church one time. One was the front of the church, one was the inside of the church and one was the back of the church. I looped them together. It turned out really nice.
The only limit to your creativity is how much you limit your own imagination

This is beautiful, also one of my favourite most versatile Avenues, its very generous of you to share your decorating tips, like Insomnia said you don't tend to get that many comments in Creators Corner but don't be discouraged by that just go by the number of views if people are looking and being inspired to go in game and create then that is fantastic! thanks GrammaPeachy

Oh and I shared a picture of one of your (Scorpion's) rooms in my Treasure Hunt thread. I hope you don't mind, but it helps explain my idea for fixing my room connections issues.

Here is an example of one of my yodoodles. I canceled it after I snapped a picture. I will now study the picture and decide what I want to do different because I'm not satisfied with it and its too expensive to buy everything and then decide to change most everything. Its like painting a huge picture then deciding to wipe it out and start over without waisting paint. I haven't yet decided if I want to do the farm right now anyway. I might try it again another time after more items that would fit are released.

I just named something that the snow made me think of. I love how you used the polar bears. They look like they were created to fit in those particular places! It was exciting to wait to see what you were creating. I took a look at the forum and kept checking back. It was like being a kid and waiting for Christmas morning!

It's not exactly what I had in mind, but I think I like it except it feels like its missing something, like a flying dragon or something :eh:
What are your thoughts?
I have to say layering was a real issue with some items, but it was not too hard to work around it. Everything used in this room are coin items except for the Nile river.
Remember, when you are decorating and creating your beautiful work of Yo art, imperfection is the best perfection. Let your imagination run wild and have fun

Is anyone else having refresh issues in the game? It is really getting on my Yadda nerves, especially during decorating. I click save and it says refresh. Bammmmm Everything lost :grr Its getting to the point I need to save after placing one or two items. What is up with this sudden constant refreshing????
And on top of that, Paint boards don't work and I cannot attach / detach my homes and avenues tonight. I think its time to hit sky lounge for a drink :drink: :dizzy: :silly: :smug: ;) :bye:

I just tried using ice, oil, snow and sun beams to make a river.
It gives off some interesting optical illusions, I'll give it that. Its like you can see the water flowing in your peripheral vision when looking at a different spot in the picture. I have to say, I am pleased with the results.
Check it out and let me know what you think. This is one that you need to see in person as a picture will not do it justice.
