I cannot reset my lock code b/c the link that is sent to me does not work. I have not been able to purchase anything or participate in any of the crystal events for the last year. December 6, 2017 I sent yoworld an email and have not received any help! 1 year, 2 days and no help from yoworld!

How can I get rid of the lock code? I don't want it if it means I can't play the game! So frustrating!

Your Lock Code can be reset, but I think you have to send BVG your ID that matches your FB account to do it. Plus you have to use the email for that account to get it done. These are intended to be very difficult to crack or reset to protect all of us. I hope you get it resolved!
