If you see a thread dying and there is no post ....What do you do


EXAMPLES

Do you read ? or not read ?
Do you read and post if you have something to say ?
Do you read and post because. its in your nature to do so ?
Or because your post are so popular. You haven't the time to post on others ?

i read and post if i have something to say...otherwise i only read because i find it hard to think of something to say if im not interested in a topic

Yes and a lot of post are about a topic. even in off topic the communication seems slow ? ...I wonder why

If the title catches my interest,I will read.
If I have something to say on the theme,I will respond to the thread.

i search thru forums for everything of interest, news and like to post to have something worthwhile reading.
the level up stuff is silly to me at this point. I see many posting to have higher ranks and have not bothered to imput a darn thing in way of help.
that gets old, annoying... posting is not a way to determine a higher rank.

Well agreed ...not much point posting smilies ..On every post ....However i was told the first to reach 10,000
post is in for a surprise ?

I read everything, I try to find things where I can contribute.. I love reading the forums but I do not find it easy to check off what I have read ..
The forums are a hard place to manage. I wish it were easier.
