So I went in last night to dress my Avi for the holidays and I was unable to actually submit to the contest. Then I notice a note from Viking saying they know it is a problem and watch for news. This note was up for 5 hours and finally I had to go to bed. Then Ii go in today as soon as I came home from work and find I "MISSED" the submission time and no gems were even offered in compensation. Being that I have not EVER missed a submission, I am more then a little annoyed! Big Vikings, please make this right for all of us who waited patiently for hours and then still missed the submission. At the least, you should have extended the submission time by another 24 hours. I bought the hairs and the outfits with yocash and didn't even get to use them! VERY WRONG AND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! I would be buying the 6 day pass but I am really pissed off and feeling like I no longer trust Big Viking to do the right thing! Please make this right!

Welcome to the forums. Sorry your first post is about a complete fail by BVG. I don't know if they will make this one right. A lot of players spent big time to get their entries done. They won't be happy if those who didn't spend get the same reward.

If it is any consolation, I've never missed a single outfit entry either until today. I won't spend yocash to get an outfit slot. So we can both sadly sit this one out.
