I bought 2 of the white dresses that we on special i come on today and its gone she has no clothes on!!! what do i do i bought 2 of them!!fell like my yocash has been stolen

Hey Catwoman, welcome to the forums

Have you tried clearing your cache and checking your inventory?. Please check your transaction log to make sure the dresses show up there and if you still can't find them, then you will need to submit a ticket to the Player Support Team so that they can investigate this for you. Use the help tab above the game screen to submit a ticket.

I have emptied my cache many times, restarted and etc etc etc...

I have none of the new stuff I bought... NOTHING... the white stuff.. the santa outfits... the hats all of it and then some... I'm so tired of it.

I've been reporting it since the past two months... nothing has improved.

WHERE IS MY STUFF!!!!!
WHY don't they name the outfits SANTA instead of some something I can't find in my inventory.
What is up with calling something PINK when its PINK?
Why can't they call an item the theme name?
Make things easy for players to find things, be consistent in naming items... a HAT IS A HAT.. OMG!!!!
